Please read the information and policies below before you begin your registration. 

Group Registration 

If you have a group of people registering to attend the CNPS Conference, you may wish to take advantage of the Group Registration feature.  

  • Please choose a main contact for your group. This person is to register first. If an office assistant is registering for the attendees, please register the main contact first.  

  • After the main contact has completed the registration form, click "Continue", you will see a button to "Add Another Person". Click on this to add the next member in your group. Repeat this for each member in your group. 

  • If you would like to make any modifications or other changes to registrations at a later date, please use the main contact's email and the password created during the initial registration.

Cancellation Policies for Registration, Workshops, Field Trips, and Special Events 

  • Cancellations made before Thursday, January 1, 11:59 pm, will receive a 90% refund. 
  • Cancellations made from Friday, January 2 12:00 am - Thursday, January 22, 11:59 pm, will receive a 40% refund. 
  • You may alternatively request a registration name change by Thursday, January 22, at 11:59 pm instead of cancelling. Please have the original registrant email cnps@blueribbon-events.com, with the name and e-mail of the person who will be attending in their place.
  • Cancellations made after January 23, 12:00 am, will receive no refund. If you need to cancel your registration after the stated cancellation deadline, CNPS will be unable to issue any refund for your registration and you will forfeit your payment.
